- Organizationally, P/REP brings together planning, scheduling, and tracking actions that drive progress in one place. Personally, it cultivates person-by-person accountability for goal-achievement by necessitating self-assessments of progress, requiring employees to re-think, re-plan, and re-act, when necessary, in order to keep their actions accretive and on-track.
- Facilitates better planning, prioritization and re-prioritization, timely execution, and measures of progress to ensure the right things are being done at the right times
- Allows executives and managers to be rest assured that their people are on track to meet goals and deadlines
- Allows employees to feel confident that they are doing the right things at the right times
- As proven antidote to fight the ill effects of shifting priorities, business fluidity, fluctuating volume, and intermittent customer demand
- As a means for managers to manage their people closely... or, to give them as much latitude, as deemed appropriate, on a person by person basis
- For executives, the software offers a quick and easy view of how operating objectives "roll-up" into strategic initiatives, and whether work is on-track to meet organizational goals and on-time to meet customer commitments.
- For managers, the visibility to time commitments, provides the means to optimally adjust people capacity to work demands in order to: ensure people aren't over/under loaded, change priorities, and counter disruption or fluidity in the workplace.
- For employees, the software...or thoughtware...provides the means to plan their work with more specificity than they likely have before; clearly articulate goals, set measurable objectives, and work towards realistic due dates.
- Achieve “more” through improved performance in operations, service delivery, and contact management.
- Outlook add-on, works in conjunction with current systems
- Uniquely provides visibility to how top-down, bottom-up, middle-in management come together in one place to plan, schedule, and track actions
- Displays progress, embeds buffers, and aligns resources to ensure the right things are being done at the right times to achieve goals
- Calls for continual progress planning so that you are consistently working toward desired outcomes; re-thinking, re-planning, and re-acting to stay on-track
- Our customer, an owner, executive, or manager is not as certain as he or she would like to be about whether or not the things (s)he deems urgent, or a more immediate priority, are being done the “right” way at the right time. In so many organizations, such assuredness is only achieved through constant follow-up; emails, phone calls, meetings, etc. and even then, day to day business fluidity disrupts the way people get things get done at a faster and more frequent clip than our customer can make a follow-up call.
- Resting assured that the right people are doing the right things at the right time is not a luxury enjoyed by most organizations because there are not many systems that provide such granular visibility on an employee by employee basis. Even where there are systems that “sort of” achieve such visibility there does not exist a prescriptive approach for an employee to “recover” and get done what the owner/executive/manager would have preferred been done, given the disruption(s).
- Improves overall execution
- Provides a prescriptive approach for employees to better plan, (re)prioritize, execute, and progress-track their action items and those of other workgroup members
- Provides visibility to leaders and managers as to whether or not action items are on track to meet goals and deadlines
- Provides a means by which managers can manage their staff as closely, or with as much latitude, as they deem appropriate on an employee by employee basis
- Facilitates strategic and tactical thinking, planning, prioritizing, and re-prioritizing
- Aligns planning and action items with every goal
