Start with a customer file so that a solid foundation can be created. All documents, spreadsheets, and important information pertaining to that customer can be found in one placeWe begin with the end in mind. Create your goal and when you would like it completed by. Then, create the action items needed to take in order to reach your goal.Estimate how much time each action item will take to complete, giving you a total ETC (estimated time of completion) for that given goal.
